The story of Nehemiah was one of great strategy and faith.  Nehemiah was deeply saddened by the condition of the walls of Jerusalem.  The King noticed Nehemiah’s countenance, and he gave Nehemiah permission and resources to build a wall.  Nehemiah developed a plan and presented the vision to the people.  After hearing the plan, the people responded, “Let us rise up and build.” 

It is now time for East Sunnyside to rise up and build our church walls.  The Nehemiah Project is a vision to build a multi-purpose building for the church and community.  This edifice will include new classrooms, a fellowship hall, chapel, commercial kitchen, and day care center.  We need all members and friends to participate in making this vision come to fruition.  Through your prayers and financial support, we can do this!  You can give towards the Nehemiah Project at any of our services by placing your donation in an offering envelope or by donating online.
